Position:GT Sales Supervisor - FMCG

Responsibility

1. Manage sales staff

- Responsible for recruiting, training, managing sales, and checking compliance with internal regulations of sales staff

- Schedule weekly market visits and carry out market visits according to schedule or according to company allocation to monitor, manage markets, customers, and train employees.

- Supervise and monitor sales staff in implementing sales targets, delivery, and product display.

- Check the implementation of POSM hanging, product display, and implementation of promotional programs at points of sale.

- Each supervisor will monitor 1-2 area

2. Market management, Distributor management

- Manage the area and area of responsibility to increase the number of stores, increase coverage, and market share, and achieve sales targets.

- Inventory management, import and export management, and sales situation of Distributors

- Build good relationships with customers in the area of responsibility

- Implement promotional programs and display support programs by company regulations to increase sales

- Monitor and collect information from competitors and promptly report and update the company

- Working location:HAI DUONG & HAI PHONG or NGHE AN & THANH HOA or NAM DINH & THAI BINH

- Monthly Salary:15,000,000~24,000,000VND

Requirements


・Education: High School or higher
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-40
・Language: Conversational level in English
・Working experience:
- At least 2-3 years of business management/supervision experience in the field of traditional channel sales (GT channel), consumer goods industry (FMCG)
- Agile, active, good communication and negotiation skills
- Have management and leadership skills


・Having business skills in English
・Having strong sales skills in GT market in FMCG
・Good understanding of GT sales and having a good relationship with distributors in charge of Area
