Position:Operation Manager - Real Estate

Job Code:83044

Responsibility

• The role works alongside the Property Manager of Projects and is a person who has excellent general knowledge of operations in both pre-opening and operational stages of the commercial field & residential field.
• The person must be a creative self-starter, able to work independently and work quicker to meet deadlines and solve issues as they present.
• The person must be versed in the budget planning process for both pre-opening projects and existing projects. Supervise and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company. A rich knowledge of a project’s Profit & Loss is fundamental.
• Experience with commercial, marketing and revenue management disciplines is required.
• The ability to identify opportunities to improve an assets value and to improve bottom line performance is expected. At the same time the person is to be skilled in identifying project and operational risks. Project leadership of designated projects is assigned and often undertaken within the role.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of projects in the organization.
• Manage the compliance and implementation all company policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence and achieve above minimum expectations in Operational Reviews.
• Consult and advice to Management Board on all of projects’ stuff. Also on behalf of Management Board to solve projects matters timely.

Requirements


・Bachelors Degree and above
・Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
・Experience: 10 - 15 years of operational experience in Commercial Building or Big-scale Service Office Building
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; Power point)
・Excellent communication skills, tasks and project manager driven.
・Logical, strong- minded, decisive and able to work under pressure
