Job Details

Position:MEP staff (Executive/Senior level) - Real Estate

Job Code:83091

Responsibility

Support for project management work as a developer (in charge of facilities):

A) Support Japanese technical manager regarding construction equipment systems (MEP) related work such as: Design management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management, construction management (quality control, safety management), etc.

B) Construction supervision at the school construction site (Gia Lam area) (quality control and safety control as a developer).

C) Prepare various documents and presentation materials and process and edit the drawing data (CAD data).

D) Communicate with the project team, and participate in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.)

※ In English and Vietnamese.

E) Interpret between English and Vietnamese if any.

- Working location:Hanoi (Representative office, on-site temporary office)

- Monthly Salary:22,000,000～38,000,000VND

Requirements


・Bachelors Degree in construction technology
・Age: 25 - 35 years old. Gender: Any
・Language: English intermediate level up.
・Experience: More than 3 years in the field of Building services engineering at MEP design, MEP project/construction management position
・Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and design software.
