Job Details
Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Everyday Goods

Job Responsibilities

・Responsible for all of related sales promotion & marketing activities in MT channel
・Negotiation with Key Accounts
・Planning, conducting, manage sampling activities for increasing awareness in MT channel.
・Analyzing data, monthly forecast for each SKUs, each MT customer, making sales report according to requirements by superiors
・Training and coaching staff, maintain staff discipline, manage staff routine,
・Keep sales team working correctly on the companys guidelines and criteria (visiting, coverage, drop size, visibility and availability)
・Do market survey and collect useful information in the market
・Make the weekly report and submit it to Japanese Boss every Monday
・Join monthly sales meeting
・Any other jobs which are related to sales & marketing activity to hit the sales target

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement

・Education: Bachelors degree
・Language: English - Business level
・Working experience:
- More than 3 years in MT channel
- More than 5 years of FMCG field
