Job Details

Position: Production Control - Trading

Job Code:93340

Responsibility

Products: Semiconductors, Electronics, Electronics Component
・Receive and manage PO and FC from customers.
・Make production plan with subcontractor based on capacity, components, then answer to customers.
・Follow daily production progress to meet shipment schedule, keep close contact with subcontractor and customers.
・Contact with other sections and subcontractor to solve troubles if any.
・Discuss and solve delivery-related problems with customers.
・Calculate and manage component shortage, follow incoming component schedule to keep up with production plan.
・Handle monthly inventory with subcontractor.
・BOM management.
・Operate and utilise internal system.
・Other related tasks assigned by Manager.
**Have business trip in a day to Ha Nam (2-5 times/ year)

- Working location: Cau Giay district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: Cau Giay district, Hanoi

Requirements


・Education: bachelors degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Language: English business Level (Internal use, sometimes communicate with Client)
・Experience:
- Have more than 2 years experience as Production Control staff in Electrical Equipment / Electronics / Machinery company
- Experience at foreign company
- Experience at MRP/ERP software


・University graduates from Foreign Trade University, National University, National Economics University, majors of Economics, Business, Finance and Statistics
・Japanese skills
・Experience in PCB industry


・Proactive and can work individually
・Can work long term
・Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.
・Ability to manage multiple tasks.
