Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Teachers recruitment and training support

- Forecast the teaching needs for all centers

- Recruit teachers for all centers (directly or via third party)

- In collaboration with the global team in Europe, support the induction, onboarding and initial training of the new teachers

2. Scheduling management

- Manage and prepare class schedules and groups across all centers

- Monitoring the compliance of timings and schedules

- Plan for contingencies and arrange cover for teacher absences as required

- Teach classes and conduct activities on a regular basis in order to understand the students’ requirements as well as teachers’ challenges

3. Teachers management and quality control

- Develop a deep understanding of the Business Method and act as an inspiring brand ambassador

- Assess the progress of the students and groups and report to the School Managers and General Manager

- Support the audit processes driven by global team and ensure compliance with the teaching standards and methodology as per guidelines and reports, in collaboration with the School Managers

4. Events & activities support

- Participate in the organization of Fun Weeks and other school activities, together with the Marketing Business Partner and School Managers

- Enroll teachers to participate in internal or external school events as required - Support and attend meetings of parents - teachers as required

5. Brand Ambassador

- Develop a deep understanding of the Method

- Believe in and promote the Method and learning environment at all times

- Uphold the professional image of the brand through professional attire, conduct and communication with students and team member

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Degree in English philology or translation and interpretation

- Languages: Proficiency level in English (recommended Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE))

- Previous experience: Valued experience as a Kids and Us teacher or other appropriate teaching and coordinating experience

- Skills: Requires an organized person who is accustomed to managing teams of people.
