Now were looking for Air Freight Manager position with role as below:

  • Responsible for overall air freight product performance including operations, customer services, profit-lost controlling for Vietnam.
  • Work closely with Commercial team and regional product team for the product development, client solution and growth plan in Vietnam.
  • Responsible for procurement strategy in Vietnam together with General Manager.
  • Responsible for client implementation and managing the customer service function with a team of CS and Operation staff.
  • Review the customer KPIs and SOPs and ensure the process if followed.
  • Motivate the team to be proactive in securing ad-hoc business by quoting the most competitive rates and on time.
  • Work with Commercial team for the action plan on local control business opportunities and winning ratio.
  • Develop Air Freight team in Vietnam and train the Commercial Mindset for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities at CS staff level.
  • Be the escalation point for full set of daily operation of both air export and import shipment, planning and allocation of staff duties and process.
  • Organize and maintain the SOP for normal operation.
  • Train all staff on Cargo Wise and find ways to automate the process than manual process.
  • Liaise and maintain a good relationship with airlines and agents.
  • Conduct periodical reviews with the partner companies and SEKO to understand the forecasts and adjust the space requirements.
  • Organize monthly reporting and present the efforts to improve the net achieved costs.
  • Assist in airline and master loader relationships and procurement when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum 10 years’ experiences in air freight industry and at least 5-year in managerial experience.
  • Independent, strong leadership, team spirit, highly adaptable, good self starter
  • Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines
  • Good understanding and experience in air freight consolidations, airline operations, airport operations.
  • Understanding of Ecommerce air operations will be essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of verticals like DG, High tech, Retail, pharma Aerospace is a plus.
  • Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics or Transportation is preferred.
