Lixibox is a lifestyle consumer platform in Vietnam that focuses on bringing affordable luxury to the urban population. Were famous for being the leader in creating and distributing useful content for brands and products via various media such as Lixibox Magazine, unboxing on Instagram and Facebook from direct customers and via influencer marketing. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Report directly to CEO or BD Manager and external brands on updates, internal status: current negotiation with brands, marketing budget, roadblocks, inventory forecast, payments.
  • Identify internal capacity + current expertises of Lixibox to create business offers + packages to brands
  • Build a pipeline of international beauty, lifestyle brands that fit with Lixibox portfolio direction
  • Reach out to key decision makers and present to brands a customized Marketing/Distribution package
  • Optimize the current packages into a few solutions to maximize volumes of reach to potential clients
  • Onboarding brands on contracts by working with cross functional teams, acting as the main point of contact
  • Managing brand acquisition and retention by creating systematic actions and build a database
  • Always schedule new brands to work with, always talking to new brands
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitive activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, buyer, brand, and operations, to ensure a seamless and effective launching campaign.
  • Responsible for the preparation & presentation of weekly report - monthly report quarterly report. Have periodic meetings with customers to review performance and take immediate action plans.
  • Find opportunities to sell at very corner
  • Great time management + scheduling

Professional requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in client sales in marketing agency, Business Development, Key Account, B2B sales

  • Excellent in powerpoint, presentation and emailing skills

  • Strong passion and good knowledge in category-related industry in Vietnam

  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting

  • Results-driven individual

  • Big 4/ consulting experience preferred

  • Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, Zalora, VNG, TTDG... experience preferred

  • Foreign education or foreign living experience or top of your class in Vietnam top school preferred

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience

  • Experienced with complex, fast moving structured companies and working with foreign counterparts

  • Experienced with fundraising for tech and consumer companies in Asia with VC, PE firms preferred
