Mô tả công việc

· Data construction for CRM & E-commerce.

· Provide direction for strategic data-driven decision-making across CRM, Ecommerce and other related teams with comprehensive data analysis and business intelligence

· Manage master database of CK Club customers and transactions

· Build and manage database of CK GO customers and transactions

· Develop the master dashboard with clear visualization of reports of customers demographic, behaviors & transactions of CRM & Ecommerce

· Provide deep analysis of various customer behavior, transactional & promotional campaign using RFM model, Cohort analytic, Customer Lifetime Value, Product Cross Basket Analysis and Sale- Promotion correlation analytic, ect. etc. Hence, establish customer segmentations.

· Collaborate with other teams in BX&NR department and Finance Department to support their monthly budget, income & expenses management and forecast over the year.

· Lead BI/ data analysis team

· Other jobs related to BI/ data analysis

· Ad-hoc job required by business

Yêu cầu công việc

· 3+ years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence and Management Information Analytics

· Excellent skills of Excel, PPT, data analytical, data presentation and visualization

· SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration

· Experience in functional design of BI analytics solutions with SQL, Tableau Products and Power BI

· Have knowledge in Python analysis would be a plus.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

· Positive thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Good English in both written and verbal
