- Champion Hospitality Business Intelligence (HBI) project as a project manager to obtain real-time data from each BIM Hospitality asset. Ensure the 4 stages of HBI project are followed and implemented: including Discovery, Design, Develop (Piloting & Testing) and Deliver.

- Work closely with HBI supplier and key stakeholders on all the implementation phases to ensure the project progress. Liaise with hotel operators on any data request or resolve outstanding issues.

- Work with hotel management system suppliers during the data collection process when necessary to ensure the correct data/reports are extracted and uploaded to SFTP server.

- Guarantee the follow-up of HBI and ensures their framing, organization, planning and budget management until their Go Live

- Collaborate with the different members of the project team according to the project phase

- Produce the necessary documentation for each project phase

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in Informational Technology, Computer Science or relevants fields.

2. Hotel / Resort experence prefered, to have a working understanding of the termilogy used within the industry. Proven IT background within the industry and similar industry. Experience on working in building, maintaining or enhancing a Business Intelligence platform a strength.

3. Strong knowledge with Business Intelligence project methodologies and architecture. Strong knowledge in hotel management systems. Developed sense of communication and rigor in the production of project deliverables.

5. Influence - shows strong emotional intelligence dimension to influence both people and work culture necessary

6. Communication - effective in communicating a professional message across all levels of the business

9. Planning - able to organize his/her work flow and is effective manager of time

10. Information Analyzing - capable to extract the right meaning from people, reports and information that supports the commercial agenda"
