Scope of Work :

To work with Inetrnal merchandising -sourcing all Products information transferring in timely

Support For CM and Work with Merchandise -PD in prepare Business plan -Pricing File -Sale to range to Space in timely

To be a key connection of Merchandise -Sourcing and other Share Service department and Assigned Brand

Category management -Market research -Category Plan

  • Collaborate with PD Team amnd tae the lead to do market research -and competitor actibity , consumer trend to improve how to our range to meet customer expectation
  • Clearly communicate Business strategies -Priorities and collaborate with operation and Brand team in achieving overall goals and objectives
  • Contributing to a commercial calendar which supports the commercial priorities to inspires customers
  • Proactively follow up comptetion and taking fast action to ensure Price strategic and the First choice for customers
  • Manage , analysic the processes ,give action plan to cover any gap for business with goal to secure Turnover , Profit ,Gross Margin and Utilize stock turn day in efficiency
  • Keeping updated all selling channels on their performance, good examples, major stock availability issues and important product information.
  • Work with Merchandise -PD team Ensuring that all product communication in all media across all sales channels is correct and complete and that the appropriate volumes are available
  • Ensure all Product Training ( Mer PD ) And service from Merchndise -Sourcing in time
  • Follow up and request action plan from Merchandising -Sourcing to cover the gap of target From report Evaluated of Financial
  • To prepare pricing file , To do forecast ,planning the business and collaborate with inetrnal member in Merchandise -Sourcing to secure KPI
  • To Co-ordinate national price deviation actions, optimising commercial opportunities and the handling of outgoing products and overstock.
  • Analyse and follow up on sales in all channels to steer sale channel towards achieving sales targets and gross margin goals and take actions accordingly.
  • To set, monitor and follow-up on business goals and action plans.
  • To prioritise and organise your workload, working to clear & challenging deadlines.
  • To engage stakeholders in your plans & build collaborative working processes.
  • To review and evaluate processes for the purposes of continuous improvement.
  • To provide detailed & specific feedback to colleagues & matrix partners on business performance.

    Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business with working experience in fine arts with a concentration in furniture design.

    Seniority: Minimum 3-5Years’ experience in merchandising and category management in retail business and/or related field.

    Attitude: Rigorous, honest, good team-work spirit.

    Languages: Fluent in both writing and speaking English
