Mô tả công việc

  • Evaluating the feasibility of part CNC trimming
  • Evaluating the feasibility of trimming jig design
  • Coding and optimizing the program for 3-axis and 5-axis machine to reduce trimming time
  • Trimming sample parts at different phrase, making trimming process parameter datasheet, and saving and updating CNC program
  • Adjusting CNC program parameter to ensure the dimensions are within tolerance after trimming
  • Training CNC machine operator
  • Working closing with process engineers to solve problems of trimming during practical applications
  • Supporting any R&D activities/projects in technical department

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as CNC engineer in a similar industry or mold making industry
  • 1-2 year’s composites part trimming experience is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in the composites manufacturing environment preferred
  • At least college degree in engineering or technology, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Thử việc: 60 days
  • Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
  • Đồng nghiệp: Active, friendly, team work.
  • Phúc lợi: Company transportation from District 2, Thu Duc District to Nhon Trach.
