*Position Purpose:
The Strategy & Insights Function helps BOD to form up the market strategy, identify and prioritize
business opportunities for profitable growth, and is the center of business intelligence to provide
consultancy to cross functional teams in order for them to drive actionable plans.
The Consumer Insights Lead reports to and helps the Head of Strategy & Insights his/her works to
achieve the functional goal. This is the ideal position for an enthusiastic candidate looking to gain
experience and learn from one of the top global brands.
*Responsibilities:

  • Taking lead of all consumer research and market intelligence works via working with market
  • research agencies and utilizing identified research tools to better understand customers/
  • market trends
  • Utilize identified research tools to better understand consumer/ market/ trends in the market
  • Advise all departments regarding program evaluation, research design based
  • upon experience in qualitative, quantitative and analytical tools.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and delivery of key measurements on product initiatives.
  • Leverage cost economies of scale and time by using secondary research as well as
  • international learnings and supports and manages ad-hoc research and all information
  • system initiatives.
  • Coordinating & Ascertainning that the initiatives are implemented properly & efficiently
  • Coach & provide guidance to other team members
  • Other tasks as assigned by Line-Manager
  • Key stakeholders: Research agencies, Menu, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations.

*Requirements:

  • Graduated from reputable universities, specifically in Business / Finance / Statistics
  • Have at least 3 years of professional working experience in market intelligence & business
  • strategy focusing in consumer research in a market research agency or consumer market
  • knowledge department (Quantitative research experience is required)
  • Experience in roles handling significant amounts of data which need to be simplified ideally
  • close to real business cases.
  • Intellectual curiosity, enjoy working with numbers
  • Open-minded, a strong passion for learning with outstanding analytical aptitude.
  • Showcase good analytical and critical thinking skills - able to analyze and solve problems.
  • Have the ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
  • Self-Starter - take independent action and go beyond what the job or situation requires.
  • Attention to detail, highly energetic and drive for results.
  • Working level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent Excel skill, Good Word / PowerPoint skill
