Mô tả công việc

  • Process data related to quality;
  • Monitor quality-related metrics;
  • Handle direct and indirect complaints (Driver through the office or by phone, Facebook);
  • Receive information and support Drivers/customers directly or indirectly;
  • Support writing information articles for drivers: announcements, procedures...
  • Support other teams (if any).

Yêu cầu công việc

  • College/ University diploma preferred, but open to undergraduates with positive attitudes and aspirations.
  • Can work full time for at least 6 months;
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal;
  • Extrovert, sociable, responsible, organized.
