  • Coordinating requests from the specialist departments with delivery options
  • Preparing quotations and delivery information to customers
  • Negotiate offers to Manage with customers, process documents accompanying goods
  • Monitor delivery dates and respond complaints if necessary
  • Handle shipping documents and book into the ERP system.
  • Assist in the processing of the customer care mailbox, answering customer inquiries
  • Entering incoming customer orders into the ERP system in consultation with production, logistics, and field service, if applicable.
  • Control and assure compliance with logistics processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Studies in the field of Logistics, Warehousing or Importation and Exportation.
  • At least 1-yearexperience in management in Customer service, Logistics.
  • English & Korean goodcommunication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Master of MS Office.
  • Experience in using ERP system (using proALPHA is an advantage)
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
