Mô tả công việc

  • Improving client satisfaction and retention and identifying expansion selling opportunities to grow Globish’s customer portfolio

  • Work closely with customers to conduct trials, onboard and provide best practices for effective implementation towards the customer’s goals and objectives.

  • Develop short and long-term engagement goals in collaboration with the team and constantly check in with the key contact and operations team of customers to maintain/improve learners’ engagement rate delivery.

  • Work with Business Development for renewals/manage renewals

  • Conduct exit interviews with ex-clients

  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results

  • Other relevant tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Having experience in working with B2B Clients

  • Experience in classroom engagement, training workshops (ESL teaching experience) is a plus

  • Experience in software deployment or training for businesses.

  • Detailed – oriented and Service – Oriented.

  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
