Mô tả công việc

► Manage daily work
- Allocate jobs to each staff on daily/weekly and monthly plan under management area.
- Keep the records of all necessary documents for internal & external purpose.
- Be the contact point to advise customs laws and regulations to other divisions; advise suppliers and ocean/air/trucking in handling procedure, etc.
► Assist Senior Manager and Asst. Manager in management
- Report incidents, propose solutions for daily issues and take prevention actions.
- Deliver instructions from upper level to staff.
- Verify arising cost, escalate cost to higher level for confirmation.
- Prepare team’s reports.
► Support staff
- Monitor workload and directly give instructions to staff regarding to daily jobs.
- Directly handle shipments in case other staff are overload.
► Control direct cost
- Check and confirm billing statement from suppliers.
- Check, negotiate and report arising costs to Asst. Manager /Senior Manager.
- Others as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

► Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in economic or equivalent, customs field, international trade, freight
forwarding are preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in customs clearance field.
► Required Skills/Abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Upper-Intermediate English skill.

►Working condition & Benefits:
- Working Place : TTC Building, No.19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City

- Working time : 8:00 – 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)

- Annual Leave: 12 days/ year (after probation time)
- Net salary : Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)

- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
