Mô tả công việc

  • Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards. Also assists in obtaining data regarding types, quantities, specifications. Helps to minimize excessive material on production floor.
  • Assists in training and set up new production line activities. Suggest and do training program for new line leader and operator
  • Assists in the coordination of production activities. Work with others dept. in procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
  • Reviews and discusses production, quality control, maintenance, to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operating or production problems with production supervisors.
  • Monitors all production metrics. Seeks continued improvement in lowering line and plant defects per million (DPM).
  • Assists in the minimization of scrap. Ensures that each workstation has a clean operating area. Assists in the implementation of operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.
  • Ensures that Line leader and operator understand and adhere to appropriate policies and procedures.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Trao đổi với quản lý để thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn sản xuất và kiểm soát chất lượng. Hỗ trợ đào tạo cho tổ trưởng chuyền và cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.

- Hỗ trợ điều phối các hoạt động sản xuất. Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan trong việc bảo trì và kiểm soát chất lượng để đạt được hiệu quả sản xuất và sử dụng tối ưu nguồn nhân lực, máy móc và thiết bị.

- Làm viêc với các bộ phận bảo trì, QC phân tích và tìm ra nguyên nhân để khắc phục các thông số kỹ thuật bị lỗi của sản phẩm và các vấn đề về vận hành sản xuất.

- Theo dõi tất cả số liệu sản xuất để giảm thiểu hàng lỗi trên chuyền.

- Và một số công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have experience in multiple nation company.; Acknowledge in electronic Industry is advantage.

Strong and convincing communication skills.;

Good communication skills, affinity, hard work, quick response, and quick processing; Strong in analysis and solving skill.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Industry management, Industrial Engineering.

At least 2 years experience work in equivalent position. Have experience in training and set up factory is advantage.

Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.

Good command in English in a must. Chinese is advantage.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm trong công ty đa quốc gia.; Ưu tiên có hiểu biết về Công nghiệp điện tử.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, xử lý tình huống tốt. Có khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.

- Ưu tiên tốt nghiệp ĐH hoặc tương đương về Quản lý công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật công nghiệp.

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương. Có kinh nghiệm đào tạo và setup nhà máy là một lợi thế.

- Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office (Excel, Word và PowerPoint), email.

- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung.
