Working location: GELEXIMCO Building, 36 Hoang Cau, Dong Da, Ha Noi

Support and Monitoring Responsibilities

Coordination and Administration of Managed Services partners (Global, Regional and Local) – Servers, Network, Applications (SharePoint, O365, SAP, SAP Concur, Workday)
Providing end-user support within agreed SLA support by troubleshooting network, hardware, and application support requests and in coordination with TAP ICT
Installing and configuring PC, smartphone, hardware, network and applications
Associate’s Onboarding and Offboarding procedure
Administration and Maintenance of TVME ICT Service Catalogue
Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Mobile, VPN, Internet and related devices)
Hardware (On-Premises and Cloud Servers, Computers, Smartphones, peripheral devices)
Applications (OS, applications, website, domain, cloud-based platforms and proprietary systems)
Execute the ICT Refresh device program
Monitoring, analysis and reporting on system, access and utilization logs
Developing and maintaining procedural documentation and operational reports
Monitoring and maintaining Server, computer, systems and network
ICT assets administration, including allocation, tracking and lifecycle planning.

Digitation, Digitalization and Project Responsibilities

To identify opportunities for converting and recording data (digitation) and , developing processes and changing workflows to improve manual systems (digitalization).
Research, develop IT orientations, strategies and development to apply to business activities in each stage of technology development and transfer.
Evaluation and Execution of ICT projects.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications, including Design, SIT, UAT and Training
Coordinate ICT Managed Services contracts by tracking SLAs and conducting SLA monthly performance reviews
Implement the development of annual strategies and budget plans. Proposing equipment procurement, information technology asset management of enterprises.

Information Security Responsabilities

Drafting and executing System Security related measures aligned to global/regional strategy
Design, development, and documentation related to information security processes and improvement of existing ones.
Education and training to employees regarding information security
Incident handling for ICT security related issues

Bachelors degree in information technologies or equivalent
English Full Professional Proeficient
ITIL 4.0 Certified
Microsoft Windows Desktop Certification
Minimum three years experience as a Systems, Network and Applications specialist
Experience supporting multiple sites, timezones and languages
Analytical and diagnostic skills
Patience and understanding
Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems
A high level of confidentiality expected

Data Base Development – MSSQL and TSQL
System integration between medical devices and EMR or other hospital information systems
Automation and Machine Learning
