Health , Safety and Environment

Coordinates Safety Lead to deploy safety programs/events at sites to achieve of safety objectives and targets
Ensures the identification of compilation of the OHS Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment-HIRA, OHS legal requirements is updated.
Compile the safety procedure, work instructions and revise its periodically or update when changing or expanding warehouse operations
Compile , update and evaluate regulations and other requirements from Region Office
Training, coaching all members aware and comply with Safety policy, procedures & regulation at DSC VN.
Conduct inspections, audit and support site team on improve safety performance, customer audit.
Report and update safety situation for line manager & Country management team in time.
Encourage/build up positive two way communication on matters relating to the safety sooner.
Manage waste dispose in the site
Tracking water and energy using

Understand and implement all Quality-related topics/requests on site
Understand customer quality requirement and operational requirement, then plan to conduct audit to ensure compliance
Understand and implement assigned task to ensure operation activity comply with required licenses and permits
Understand and maintain key operational documentation, update & distribute to relevant department
Ensure Quality training is conducted in accordance to regulation.
Implement quality control programs as planned to ensure the Quality Management System is maintained and controlled
Assist in investigating, establishing CAPA and follow up action for Service Quality related issue
Understand CAPA guideline and co-operate with relevant department to proceed CAPA as required
Perform all internal assessment as planned in order to verify full compliance against standards/ requirement (GMP, House Keeping, DHL internal assessment)
Coordinate all kinds of quality external audit and follow up until gaps be fixed
Work with designated supplier for quality program related work

House Keeping and Cleaning

Perform and ensure that all on site housekeeping is as per DHL and the customers standards
Directly manage and address any performance
Issues with the Cleaning Co.
Establish and manage the KPI’s with the Cleaning
