Our Sika Plant atNhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone (Dong Nai) opens EHS Officer roles to provide full assistance to the QEHS & Admin Manager in managing legal, environment, health, safety and energy according to ISO 14001, 45001 & 50001 system & Corporate standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure the safety and health of all workers under your direct supervision.

2. Prepare report of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and Performance EIA report to Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to get the final certificates.

3. Ensure the Sika Products to meet requirement of local authorities and Corporate requirement in MSDS, labeling, chemical and other related on EHS.

4. Develop & maintain the ISO 14001, 45001 & 50001 requirements: monitor ISO policy & procedures, monthly EHS monitoring data, target and objectives.

5. Control and implement EHS inspection, rescue plan for emergency accident such as fire explosion, chemical leakage and first aid, etc.

6. Coordination in QEHS internal audit annually; coordinate with local authorities in annual inspection and corrective action after that.

7. Update the company with new related laws and regulations.

8. Assist all Departments in EHS legal cases; Follow up all violation cases of EHS, Intellectual Property and Labeling;

9. Checking suppliers license related to legal & EHS.

10. Collect and prepare periodical KPI, GRI report to Regional and Corporate.

11. File properly all the documents/records related, to be found easily when needed.

12. Perform other duties assigned by the QEHS & Admin Manager/ Financial Controller.

Yêu cầu công việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational standard: university graduate or equivalent.

• Experience: at least 2 years experience in Environment, Health & Safety.

• Technical knowledge:

- Have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001; 5S is preferable;

- Trained or experienced in EIA (DTM) report and communication with authorities;

- Computer: Microsoft Office

• Foreign language: English at intermediate level is a plus.

• Personality:Hard-working,smart,trustworthyandgoodinterpersonalskills.
