Reports to:Strategic Marketing Manager

(Dotted line report: HR Director Asia)

Job Purpose:Responsible for translating all documents and announcements of the Marketing and HR department from Vietnamese to English and vice versa

KEY ACTIVITIES:

1.Marketing document translation:

· Prepare, rewrite, edit, and/or translate communication documents, for example, press releases, presentations, newsletters, magazines, and other copies for marketing purposes.

· Interpretation activities during events or meetings

· The requests will be on an ad-hoc basis

2. HR document translation:​

· Translate and/or review English communication announcements and HR documents

3. Others:

· Translate and/ or edit documents requested by other departments within the company (Legal/ Corporate Affairs/ Operations)

· Other tasks assigned by the line manager

KEY RESULTS:

· Ensure all documents accurately convey their intended messages, are of high quality and grammatically correct.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a major in English

Experience:

·At least 2 years of experience in interpreting, translating, and editingin a business/corporate environment

· At least 2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation is a plus

Competencies:

· Strong command of MS office tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

​· Must be a team player with strong people skills such as collaboration, communication, and interpersonal.

Language(s):

​· Fluency in English and Vietnamese

Other Requirements:

​· Enjoy working in an international environment.
