Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
  • Conduct a various way of generating and qualifying leads and prospects
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings,responding to RFPs, new business presentations, accurately maintaining Willis Towers Watson CRM.
  • Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues to maximize cross selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Willis Towers Watson.
  • Support in negotiation with insurers to get the best offers
  • Prepare technical proposal and placement for assigned clients
  • Verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures.
  • Other tasks assigned by HOD

Requerimiento de trabajo

  • Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
  • At least 03 years experience at similar role either in client management or business development in B2B industry
  • Knowledge in Insurance is a plus
  • Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills
  • High integrity, good communication& presentation skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense
  • Excellent consultative selling skill
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Fluent in Chinese
