As our Growth team is expanding, we are looking for an Event and Partnership Specialist who is responsible for developing and monitoring CoderSchool’s events and potential partners in order to grow brand awareness as well as develop a comprehensive growth plan. This position plays an integral part in the success of our team’s long-term vision “Opportunities for Everyone, Everywhere”. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the entire production of events
  • Identifying the collaboration opportunities, and defining goals that support the company’s growth
  • Develop, own and manage the entire events planning including attending and hosting events
  • Oversee and monitor event budgets, schedules, design, technical production, and any other service provisions
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and Communications members regarding all event marketing collateral, media activity, and online content; providing support to the Growth team as required
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to create a seamless handoff & adoption process

Requirements

Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related subjects.
  • Two years of experience in hands-on events management, and a proven record of developing winning partners
  • Proven success in developing and implementing brand activities to grow brand value as well as drive users to action
  • Digital-savvy, good at communication, presentation & project management with good business acumen & data analytics
  • The ability to gather and utilize market data to make informed decisions related to event production
  • You are deeply passionate about technology and eager to learn new things
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken
  • Highly motivated, result oriented, and a team player

Preferred

  • Having an Initiative mindset: “Initiative is doing the right thing without being told” – Victor Hugo, French writer
  • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as content development, is a plus
