Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Find and qualify new leads, proactively seek new sales opportunities in the market
  • Maintain communication regularly with potential and existing customers to develop a good relationship by providing support, sharing market information…
  • Respond and follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate Price and sales contract
  • Identify and solve customer’s concerns
  • Cooperate with other departments to provide professional support to customer
  • Report sales activities and propose sales plan weekly to Team Leader/upper Managers
  • Create weekly sales plan to upsell and cross-sell with existing customers to meet sales assigned target
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales target
  • Implement other tasks relating to sales activities allocated by a team leader/ upper manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University Degree/ Collegein related fields
  • At least 2years of experience in the same position.
  • Being Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
  • Fast learner, Independence, passion for sales
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good time and task management skills.
  • Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Exceptional Knowledge of products, sales skills, and sales process
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
  • Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
