Mô tả công việc

Accounting and book closing:

· Supervise and ensure the timely close of books of accounts each month.

· Ensuring all accounting activities comply with local regulation and group financial policies

· Oversee and manage all accounting operations including revenue recognition, cost accruals, payroll, FA accounting, provisions, fixed assets, revaluations, banking etc.

· To ensure all intercompany and bank reconciliations are prepared and reviewed

· Responsible for Statutory and Internal Audit

· Manage and prepare the capital expenditure approval request

Costing

· To monitor the correctness of Costing of inventory and COGS

· To ensure the physical verification of Inventory (cycle count),

· Recommending cost reduction strategies by ensuring that an effective system of financial and operational controls is in place and is working as intended

Budgeting and Forecasting

· Co-ordination and Preparation of Long-Range Plan and Annual Budgets

· Co-ordination and Preparation of Forecasts on regular basis

· Detailed variance analysis between Actual results and Forecast/Budget

· Establish and monitor financial objectives and goals for the organization

· Provide accurate cash forecasts and make analysis there are variances

Reporting

· Monthly financial reporting in Hyperion System

· Analysis and presentation of financial results by adhering the timeline

· Conducting risk and opportunities analysis on regular basis

Other

· To establish and monitor strong internal controls, SOX guidelines

· To oversee and ensure timely compliance for all statutory and tax matters.

· To Co-ordinate with Cross functional team members for validation and review of financial results

· Coordination with all relevant counterparts for accounting, audit, SOX, tax, other legal and compliance matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

·CPA or Equivalent qualificationis preferred with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience.

·Experience in independent controlling of entities

·Knowledge and strong experience of US GAAP or IFRS

·Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

·Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills

·Ability to work under pressure

·Strong inter-personal communication skills
