Description de l’emploi

Under instruction of Accounting Manager, handle below tasks:

1. Prepare Financial statement, package report for consolidated financial statement of Parent company.
2. Check and approve adjustment entries of premium, expenses not yet effective in the period and back-date policy and other adjustment entries of insurance premium & expenses.
3. Check and compare Re-ins premium,claim figures with Re-ins Department monthly.
4. Approve entries related to receivables/payables of Re-insurance.
5. Approve entries related to administration expenses of Head Office on system.
6. Contact person of risk management reports. Handle monthly/quarterly risk management of Accounting Dept.

7. Co-operate with vendor, parent company to solve the issue related accounting software, report according to IFRS standards.

8. Co-operate with Planning Dept. to provide the figures related to Budget report. Build the tools to setup Budget report efficiently.

9. Perform other duties as required by Manager.

Exigences de l’emploi

- Graduated from Universityin relavant fields

- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting; Experience in the Auditing & Tax Consultancy firm, Having knowledge in IFRS standards or Non life insuranceis priority

- Good comunication skill, fluency in English, Chinese is a plus

- Good at MS office skill (Especially: strong in excel skills equivalent to B level and above)

- Honest, careful and hard - working
