Description de l’emploi

- Listen call recording/ real time agent consult to conssumer.

- Quality scoring agent calls - Detect and record non-compliance found.

- Proposed report and training plan for agents

- Coordinate with Trainer and Teamlead to coach and train agents

- Propose solution to improve call quality and sales efficiency

- Other tasks assiged by OM

-work 5 days a week

Exigences de l’emploi

- At least 6 months experience in QA/QC possition

-Good English(listening-speaking)

- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service

- Have sense to detect and regcognize non-compiance behavior.

- Experienced in training and coaching is a plus

- Skilled in analyzing records to provide problems and solutions.

- Ability to communicate and inspire employees
