Mô tả công việc

1. Monitor and control access to gate terminals by checking IDs and verifying the logins of all employees, guests, and contractors entering the facility.

2. Carry out administrative procedures and papers such as D/O, Packing list, VGM, Ecus...

3. Coordinate with accountants to issue invoices.

4. Direct vehicles to the appropriate parking or yard location and coordinate with the Dispatcher and Yard Planner to ensure smooth and efficient loading and unloading of goods.

5. Inspect incoming containers for damage, signs of tampering, and appropriate labeling and documentation.

6. Respond promptly to any security or safety concerns, including alarms, incidents, and emergencies.

7. Coordinate with other port personnel, including security and customs officers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety procedures and regulations.

9. Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to the port management or Shift Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

– Bachelors degree in logistics, transportation, foreign trade, business administration, or a related field preferred.

– Prior experience in traffic control, logistics, or port operations preferStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

– Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

– Knowledge of port traffic control regulations and procedures preferred.

– Ability to work in a team environment and independently when necessary.
