Mô tả công việc

  • Book keeping for salary , PIT, social insurance, Allocated prepaid expense/ Check and calculate depreciation, Accrual .
  • Make payment request for material with common using in production, payment order on internet banking and book in accounting
  • Loan processing/ Prepare document of Finance leasing.
  • Review AP aging weekly and process payment to supplier on time and accurately
  • Work with Procurement team to follow up pending invoices, payment term and documents.
  • Valuation of FX exchange rate and confirm FX exchange rate difference in system
  • Tax declaration include ( CIT , With holding tax).
  • Doing monthly finance report analysis of financial data and reporting of major variances of actual results against budgets

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Have 3 years experience work in accounting or auditing.
  • Good knowledge on related Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • If already work for EPE company will be prefer.
  • Experience of using ERP will be prefer
  • Living in Binh Duong or willing to move to Binh Duong by your shelf
  • Agree with short term contract ( 1 year contract with no promise to prolong contract)

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor of finance / or auditing / accounting
  • Tax certification will be preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is required.
