  • Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
  • Estimating time schedules taken to complete work and providing quotes for clients
  • Brainstorming as part of a team or developing design briefs or concepts by gathering information and data through research
  • Thinking creatively to produce and sketch initial design ideas and concepts
  • Using computer software to execute designs
  • Contributing new ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
  • Having a good creative manner and be courteous to clients at all times
  • Carrying out any other duties and tasks as requested by your supervisor

  • Abilities: Use initiative, decide priorities, work without supervision
  • Skills: Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Corel, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, artistic sensibility, technical skill, communication ability, organization, problem solving ability
  • Important Attributes: High standard of education with appropriate design qualifications
