Develop and implement strategies for the recruitment of new teachers, including identifying new sources of talent and building relationships with universities and teacher training programs.
Manage the teacher training program, including designing and delivering professional development opportunities, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring that all new teachers are properly trained.
Oversee the performance evaluation process for all teachers, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting performance standards.
Identify and address any problems related to academic and teachers, including addressing complaints from parents, students, or other stakeholders.
Work closely with the academic team to ensure that teaching methods and materials are up-to-date and effective.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top teaching talent.
Monitor and analyze teacher retention rates and turnover, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any issues.

Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position in education, preferably in a school or educational institution.
Proven track record of recruiting and training high-quality teachers.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teachers to achieve their goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in education.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for education and a commitment to improving teaching and learning outcomes for all students.
