Mô tả công việc

  • Record accounting transactions in the Odoo system
  • Record and reconcile AR to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Issue VAT invoices to customers
  • Work directly with clients and ensures that all payments by clients are dully received on time as agreed, without delay
  • Manage outstanding A/R balances by routine review of aging reports
  • Prepare period accounting reports and close the book on time
  • Other tasks as assigned by Chief Accountant

Yêu cầu công việc

Education/ Training Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting/ Audit

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting

Knowledge of

  • Excel and Accounting system
  • Vietnamese Tax Regulation and Legislation

Skills (Ability to)

  • Ability to work independently, carefully, and accurately
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
