Mô tả công việc

  • Payroll, PIT & SHUI:
  • 1. Payroll·

- Running monthly payroll by computing the attendance record and leave, calculating the monthly bonuses, overtime, and social benefits for eligible employees, updating new hires and resigns, etc...;

· Arranging for pay bank transfers and distribution of pay slips;

· Proceeding all required payroll reports.

  • 2. PIT:

· Monitoring the PIT annual settlements;

· Dealing with Tax Officers and auditors in PIT issues;

· Controlling PIT costs monthly and yearly;

· Providing updated legal regulations and laws in relation to PIT.

  • 3. SHUI:

· Ensure all the submissions related to SHUI are done properly;

· Give the solution to any issues that happened and lead the team to take action;

· Controlling Social insurance costs monthly and yearly.

  • Employee Data Management:

· Collect and maintain confidential employment-related records, files, and reports, … according to policy and legal requirements;

· Follow up probation evaluations, and contract renewal evaluations, and prepare labor contracts within the required time frame;

· Prepare documents in relation to employees (i.e. promotion, demotion, termination, certificates, etc.) ensuring high standard quality and timeliness criteria are always met;

· Play the administration role in the HRIS system.

  • Annual Budget And manpower Cost:

· Calculating the annual HR budget and people cost of all companies;

· Controlling the actual people cost of departments vs annual budget;

· To take responsibility for explaining to the Finance department issues actual people cost, budget cost, PIT cost, and SI cost.

  • Labor Contracts:

- Manage all kinds of labor contracts for new staff (probation/labor/seasonal) & renewal labor contracts;

· Make an addendum to the labor contracts (if any);

· Proceed with all documentation for resignation (contract termination decision, contract liquidation minutes), and ensure all resignation cases are addressed in compliance with the company’s regulations;

· Ensure all kinds of labor contracts are given to employees on time.

  • Team Management

· Train, coach and develop subordinates by progressively transferring knowledge for career development and succession planning;

· Contribute to building HR’s culture and driving positive change whenever applicable.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 5 years or more of experience in compensation and benefits or human resources. Relevant work experience in designated compensation and benefits;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor law, social and health insurance, unemployment insurance, and PIT;
  • Able to run Payroll Software;
  • Good at excel skills;
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits disciplines, concepts, and theories;
  • Fluent English.
