  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations current and future talent needs, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Source and recruit international talent while ensuring compliance with immigration protocols and facilitating seamless onboarding procedures.
  • Demonstrate substantial expertise in managing certifications such as BSCI, WRAP, GRS, Green Factory, etc., including their successful renewal.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to the HR team, management, and staff when dealing with complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues. May be required to handle routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing and managing terminations.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, encompassing recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants. Collaborate with department managers to determine the skills and competencies required for various positions.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs and initiatives that offer internal growth opportunities for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations and regularly review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Plan and execute new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Oversee the development and management of the payroll system and benefits program.
  • Manage the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, as well as other departments in the organization.
  • Maintain records of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions (e.g., hires, promotions, performance reviews, terminations), and employee statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Administer benefits programs, including insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Conduct training for line supervisors in various HR-related areas, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety (including fire protection safety), and Rewards and Recognitions.
  • Manage office supplies procurement and canteen management.
  • Prepare the budget for human resources operations.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to labor laws and company regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of human resource management experience in manufacturing, with a preference for garment/outerwear industry experience.
  • Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity, responsibility, and effective communication skills.
  • Traits desired: Honesty, hardworking attitude, creativity, "Out of Box" thinking, a Can-Do mindset, multitasking abilities, self-motivation, and a strong team player.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Commitment to a long-term relationship with the company; standard contract starts with a 3-year period.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
