Sika Vietnam is open INDUSTRY SALES ENGINEERrole and looking for candidatesto join our Industry Target Market (TM) team to support the Industry TM Manager to develop and implement Sales - Marketing vision and target for the assigned region.
The shortlist candidate is expected to join in February 2023.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Motivate and guide the team to maximize the target market business.
  • Establish new customers, new business opportunities and maintain long term relationships with customers to grow target market business.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support for the customers by recommending suitable products and solutions and conducting product application training, solving client problems, initiating corrective actions if necessary and offering after-sales support services.
  • Well understanding and analyzing of the competitor’s products and solutions and providing value added propositions to the customers.
  • Negotiate, manage and interpret customer requirements offering a product or service which will best satisfy customer’s needs in terms of client quotations, quality, price and delivery, and negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
  • Achieve the budgeted monthly sales targets by maximizing the profits and submitting reports as well as the forecast of the products.
  • Responsible for collecting the payments from the customers by having key interface between the finance team and customer’s account team.
  • Develop and implement marketing activities for the existing and new product launchers.
  • Establish strong relationships with consultants, specifiers, and client authorities and assist the specification process to include Company’s products and systems.
  • Coordinate with the TM Manager to identify product requirements and to carry the required documents concerning product development.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by Industry TM Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A Mechanical/Chemical/AutomotiveEngineerexperienced in the technical support of technical products to automotive-, bus-, railway- or transportation industry, but also candidates with technical service experience from other engineering fields are welcome.
  • At least 02years of practical Sales experiences with Technical products
  • Preferred candidates working background in automobile manufacturers
  • Good interpersonal- and communication skills. Must be able to do external- and internal product- and application training; trouble shooting at customers sites
  • Must be able to do e-mail communication and to present technical seminars. Basic presentation skills.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Fair English speaking and writing skills
  • Willing to travel domestically
