Mô tả công việc

  • Review, and book the AP Invoice of Landed cost. Make the payment request for Forwarder.
  • Check landed cost by batch and book landed cost for 2-3 days Goods receipt PO.
  • Check the list of master fixed assets of app VAC Mngt and update the status of assets movement.
  • Reconcile accounts 338, Import-export tax; Reconcile Fixed Assets (Account 211, 213, 241).
  • Create items code for 242 & 211& 213 for allocation and depreciation and prepare the required analysis reports.
  • Reconcile inventory (Account 152, 153, 154, 155), update summary of accounts 152 (Raw material) and 153 (Tools and supplies) according to the material category
  • Arrange for the inventory and assets quarterly physical count, follow up on inventory and assets control policies for investigating and booking the variance.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Above 3 years of accounting work experience
  • VAS, tax regulation, SAP system
  • Good at excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Thử việc: 60 days
  • Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
  • Đồng nghiệp: Active, friendly, team work.
  • Phúc lợi: Company transportation from District 2, Thu Duc District to Nhon Trach.
