We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Property Manager - Residential

AIM OF THE JOB:

Ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance and management of properties owned and managed by the company, including Customer Focus Unit functions.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Oversee the performance standards, specifications etc. for placing, renewing contracts, check and analyze tender quotations and ensure contractors comply with costs and quality standards
  • Oversee the operation of the Customer Focus Unit
  • Lead the customer focus unit to provide personalized customer service and follow up on customers’ needs and feedback
  • Provide internal quality control checks on property before handling over and ensuring satisfactory defect rectification
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Organize events or programmes to foster better relationship between developer and customers
  • Groom the CFU team to deliver the highest levels of Customer Service
  • Actively monitor the MA (Managing Agent) to ensure they deliver and exceed the expectations of our customers in terms of service and product quality in relation to common property matters.
  • Attend meetings, eg, BOC meetings.
  • Ensuring contractors and service providers carry out safety checks and conduct Risk assessments as appropriate
  • Other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned by the Head of Property Management from time to time.

Requisiti di lavoro

Bachelor of Science in Estate Management or equivalent

Min 8 years of relevant experience with 3 years’ proven track record in a similar capacity

Knowledge of building maintenance and management, and be conversant with market practices and standards

Strong leadership, and interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Property Law (Vietnam) and relevant regulations

Meticulous and high attention to detail

Strong English language, Public Relations and Customer Relations skills

Strong organizational skills

Can work independently

Strong budgeting experience with a focus on development start up budgets and operational budgets for residential developments

Good interpersonal and communication skills
