仕事内容

- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer requests and interactions

- Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Produce timely deliverables for all customer needs and objectives

- Prepare monthly reports on account progress.

- Assist with challenging client requests and know when to escalate

- Work with team members to ensure customer problems and requests are solved in a timely manner

- Provide creative ideas for online/offline marketing plans for each individual client

仕事の要件

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

- Solid experience with MS Office (specifically Excel)

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Strong verbal and writing skills in Eng/Vie

- Marketing experience is a plus
