  • Coordinating and overseeing the movement of containers and equipment within the terminal.
  • Communicating with crane operators, truck drivers, and otherpersonnel to ensure that containers are loaded and unloaded from ships and trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Tracking the location of containers and equipment within the terminal.
  • Managing the scheduling of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Monitoring and reporting on productivity and performance metrics.
  • Resolving any operational issues that may arise during the course of work.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    • 仕事の要件

    – Bachelors degree in logistics, transportation, foreign trade, business administration, or a related field preferred.

    – Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or port operations preferred.

    – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    – Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    – Familiarity with container terminal operations and procedures.

    – Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair scheduling.

    – Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, databases, and logistics management software.

    – Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
