Kiss Of Life is a fast-growing beauty company operating in Thailand and Vietnam. The company focuses on beauty and FMCG products through omni-channel distribution. We are actively expanding across ASEAN, meanwhile transforming our company into a digital enterprise that is driven by data & people. Our mission is to liberate beauty and better life through quality innovation and affordability to ASEAN people. We are moving toward our vision of reaching 50 million customers with 50% online revenue in 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage all accounting transactions

· Prepare budget forecasts

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations and publish financial statements in time

· Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

· Ensure timely payments

· Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

· Audit financial transactions and documents

· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial information is accurate and complete

작업 요구 사항

·Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience

·At least 3 years of experience in accounting

·Experience with general ledger functions

·Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

·Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
