Mô tả công việc

- Receive, review PIF from Sales Department, Contract from Sales and understand the scope of work, material specification, delivery terms, payment term etc. of the Project.

- Follow up and make sure all projects meet its target set by BOD and Client, including schedule, inspection, quality, erection, payment term.

- Proposing solutions to solve issues, reporting major issues to PMD Manager. Support OCD during the Erection Stage of the Project and to provide them Engineering assistance or other supports that may require to OCD by coordinating with the concerned departments during the Erection stage of the Project.

- Control the additional, unexpected cost, deploy debt collection.

- Make somes activetive after sale, take care Clients.

- Work with sales to establish additional clients and projects in order to grow volume.

- Do ad-hoc tasks asked by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Acedemic qualifications:University degree in Construction, Mechanical

- Good knowledge in Project management skills

- Experience requirements: at least 1 year experience in related work or job management skills

Skills

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,

2. Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence related to the work,

3. Able to communicate in English.
