Purpose of Job

- Working with all function in brewery & SC Opco to translate their need into learning & development plan aligned with POD strategy. Contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies together with people team & stakeholders.

Job description

1. Strategy development & Implementation

- Work with L&D Manager/PBPs to contribute in POD strategy in overall OpCo & ensure it is in place and aligned with both people function & supply chain

- Collaborate & actively work with related stakeholders for the insights of business & development needs to connect the dot lines between POD strategy & business needs

- Drive people development plan, execute in place & measure effectively

2. People & Organization Development

- Work closely with stakeholders to define learning & development needs,FC assessment, training plan/budget, and manage the training delivery and Personal Development Plan, Heineken Functional competence.

- Roll-out development program from opco to local & make sure that are aligned & well-implemented

- Be active in working with business stakeholders in related to learning and development plans

- Leading in several POD projects as assigned & make sure it is aligned when rolling out to brewcos

- Assist L&D Manager to support L&D at local of cascading learning & development strategies to each opco, providing information and advice as required.

- Ability to deliver training course as required (soft skills, induction program)

3. Culture building

- Implement the plan & initiatives event/campaign to promote HEINEKEN behaviors at local

- Conduct climate survey deep dive & support stakeholders implement their action plan for improvements

- Foster a learning and sharing culture by facilitating employee collaboration and knowledge sharing through learn, share & reapply activites

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience in Learning & Development or other relevant postion in Human Resource/ FMCG industry
- Critical thinking
- Detailed & result - oriented
- Coaching & Training delivery management
- Managing stakeholder
- Advanced Excel user, good in data quality and analytical skills
- English: Upper Intermediate (CEFR)
