Mô tả công việc

  • Reviewing and advising on NDAs and sales and procurement contracts for business units in Vietnam;
  • Work with Vietnam Regulatory Legal Manager and handle licensing matters;
  • Handle and advise on minor disputes with customers and suppliers;
  • Handle and advise on minor regulatory matters;
  • Legal research and advice.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Recognized law degree in Vietnam;
  • Qualification in the Vietnamese Bar is preferred but not mandatory;
  • 2 years in a reputable law firm or the legal department of a logistics company;
  • Legal work experience in a sales-driven organization, logistics, or e-commerce would make the candidate stand out;
  • Experience in litigation or dispute resolution in commercial matters;
  • Constructive and effective business communication;
  • Strong ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Vietnamese and English.
