Mô tả công việc

  • Draft and review documents and contracts;
  • Draft and manage corporate governance documents;
  • Provide general legal advices and supports to various departments;
  • Research and analyses the law on complex issues and write briefs for submission to the executive or supervising lawyer;
  • Other duties as assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good English communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Well versed in Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Commercial.
  • Good teamwork, honesty, and compliance skills.
  • At least 2-3years working experience as in-house legal counsel or have dealt with MNC if working in the law firm.
  • Proficiency in written English.
  • Working and living in Vietnam.
