I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Logistics Operations

· Working with Warehouse to record container arrival time, allocate container destination, control unloading time, monitor restocking time

· Work closely with Forwarder for smooth operation, update Ocean Freight quotation, US delivery charge, charge explanation, HS Code instruction and logistics situation, negotiation to reduce total logistics fee

· Monitor shipment in pipeline, shipment schedule and give notice to relevant parties

· Ensure tax, duty, fee are correctly calculated

· Work with purchasing team to confirm booking completion and on-time capacity as well as collect the related documents for shipping and customs clearance

· Update delivery status and documentation on external and internal systems

· Monitor bond

2 Broker Management

· Work closely with broker for daily operations to ensure smooth logistics flow (OTIF)

· Manage the overall and step-by-step performance of broker and work with them for improvement plan and as well as prepare the back-up plan

· Broker Training

· Backup and Contingency Plan

· Propose cost-effective and efficient solutions

3 Distribution Management

· Management of the locations where the company inventories are stored

· Allocating goods into suitable warehouses

· Manage overall operation expenses

· Returns Management

4 Payment Management

· Collect and check all invoices before submission

· Process and manage payment to broker on-time

· Work with Finance and Accounting team for payment scheduling and cash out forecast vs realization

5 Project Management

· Meets deadlines, makes sure projects/activities are finished in time

· Understand Project objectives, deadlines, priorities, impact,... to set up milestone and meet timeline

· Managing project risk – both taking advantage of potential opportunities and reducing negative risks

· Able to form the team and set up project governance

· Able to initiate project from daily operations/ bottom up

· Provide reports accurately, ontime and in full
