Mô tả công việc

1. Delivery management
- Daily delivery monitoring & problem solving, additional cost verifying.
- Delivery Lead-time control & On Time Arrival management.
- Goodset return, Re-delivery management.
- Weekend & month-end delivery monitoring & report
- Ship to management (Delivery address, Authorized person to received goods,…)
- Serial number management (ship to & serial up load to S-Warranty)
2. Warehouse stock transfer
- Stock transfer management (consider Sea/truck, lead-time & request arrival date both normal & abnormal cases)
- Check pending shipments, detail reason & arrival date monitoring
- Aging warehouse transfer report (all warehouses)
3. Inventory Management
- Sub-inventory transfer for displaying orders
- Scrap Processing: sub-inventory transfer, destroying schedule arrangement, destroy products monitoring & reporting.
4. Information of delivery and Prove of delivery management
- Verify Information & Prove of delivery, claim logistics partners for wrong ones & find solution.
- Check actual Prove of delivery for last 03 days of month for the North. Sum-up Report for nation-wide
5. Transportation control:
- Full Truck Loading for Northern warehouses: Monitoring and request logistics partner to explain for low stuffing rate, reason verifying.
- Less than truck load consolidation monitoring & report.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate with a bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields
- Average English skill (TOEIC score at least 500)
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
- Hard-working, honest, high sense of responsible and teamwork
- Willing to work overtime, weekend, month-end (holiday)
