Business Development
• Responsible for developing business sales plan for Land Product, primarily focusing on 70% Cross-border and 30% Domestic Land
• Responsible for developing logistics solution and Land strategy
• Responsible for bringing in new business for the company
• Knowledgeable of regulatory developments in respect of trucking and distribution in Vietnam
• Work with solution team for generating proposal for potential business clients which are in line with company’s strategic focus, fully cost and structured in accordance with company pricing principles and business ethics
• Penetrate new geographies and new segments (Eg. Consumer& Retail, Energy and Industrial) and service offerings in Vietnam
• Understand Schenker Land Network and utilize our network to build up the customer pipeline
• Work with KAMs and Field sales for Land opportunity and develop to win business and support for commercial & legal preparation
• Responsible to ensure that new knowledge and services are shared to the Sales community in Vietnam and within APAC
Implementation
• Able to work with internal stakeholders to align the credit terms, legal framework within the stipulated time to ensure that the contract can be signed off by the customer
• To setup and implement new client operation till it is stabilized
• Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
• Guide and support all functions for all related customer’s matter
HSSE
• Understand the HSSE policy of the company
• Rectify near misses and report near misses to HSSE

• Able to setup and operate new business process with strong background in logistics and SCM
• Strong in analytical skills
• Process mapping/Business Process Improvement
• Problem solving and decision-Making skills
• Good interpersonal with strong in presentation skills
• Good command of English with computer literacy
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Experience about Cross-Border
• 3 years land transportation-related sales
