A.Job Purpose

Manage portfolio management tasks, required-to-develop portfolio to support decision-making and governance activities of the Division. Manage project management tasks, ensure projects are monitored according to process and guidance; coordinate project support activities in a timely and effective manner. Perform periodically reports on project status to the Executive Board to ensure information is updated constantly and accurate.

B. Key Accountabilities

1.Portfolio management and reporting

- Responsible for managing the portfolio based on the Annual IT Project plan (Project Portfolio); including application, infrastructure, information security projects.

- Evaluate prioritization of projects

- Responsible for monitoring and updating about all implementing projects; consolidate IT projects progress and status from Project Manager, conduct periodically and ad hoc analysis and report to managers and stakeholders (Project Dashboard)

- Conduct project consolidated report based on project progress, project resources; risks and issues, finance, …

- Responsible for holding regular meetings with stakeholders to update about the project status.

2. Managing risks and compliance

- Identity risks of the department during operating, ensure to comply with regulations and process of Techcombank. Collaborate with related units to establish measurements, analysis and risk mitigation.

3. Other responsibilities

- Responsible for setting up, updating and implementing governance approach and tools (including project management process and project support application).

- Update SBV report, Annual report, governance report and other reports (as per required) related to IT project and BAU

- Contact point for external and internal audit

- Other tasks as per requirement from managers

4. People Management

- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team

- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team member

- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);

- Enable team member’s professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching & feedback, etc.

- Motivate and recognize team members’ contributions towards the team’s shared goals

- Responsible for developing talents within the team

- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level

- Understand & communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

C.Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

- Majoring in IT or Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages

- Language proficiency: English, / or as regulated by TCB from time to time

- Having basic knowledge about banking system, technology system

- Knowledge of technology project management, project implementation process, technology requirements development process (BAU)

- Understanding the model and operation method of PMO

- Working experience in banking/project management: +7 years

- Working experience in portfolio management and project support: +5 years

- Management experience: + 3 years
