Implement innovative items for more efficient, safer, and higher-quality production
Responsible for electrical, mechanical automation, PLC programming
Carry out repair and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment;
Analyze MMTB problems and come up with solutions to fix and prevent
Make a list of necessary consumables and backup electrical supplies for the area under their management
Assess the condition of machinery and equipment, propose maintenance and repair solutions
Research and propose an improvement of equipment to rationalize production, safety, save, improve productivity and product quality
Research and develop solutions, and product applications (inverters, PLCs, HMIs, IoT...) to improve the factorys machinery and equipment.
Designing, programming, assembling automatic electrical systems for machines, automatic line systems.
PLC programming, HMI, electrical diagram design
Edit and write PLC, Keyence, Mitsubishi, omron programs... for machines on the line.
Maintenance record management: record the machines repair log. Updating and keeping records of supplies, equipment, spare parts.
Other tasks assigned by superiors

Education: University degree in MechanicalengineeringorMechatronics or related fieldhaveknowledge of mechanical design, CAD, 3D,solidworks / creo parametric software ...
Proficient in the use of design software 3D/2D
Ability to program several programming languages C#,C++ python… is an advantage
Using Engineering software: AutoCAD, Eplan, Siemens TIA Portal, AB RS Logix, Beckhoff IPC
